Job Title: Reno/Service Technician

Job Description

Under general supervision, you will perform skilled and semi-skilled duties involved in the cleaning, alterations, maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the inside and outside of residential units. Tasks include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, masonry, and appliance repairs and installation.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning, alterations, and maintenance of residential units.Conduct repairs involving carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and masonry.Install and repair appliances.Use hand and power tools for various repair tasks.

Essential Skills

Proficient in at least two of the following skills: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair.Experience with painting, mechanical skills, and construction.Ability to use hand and power tools including sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nail gun, and grinder.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude.Bilingual skills are a plus.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with locations throughout San Bernardino County in the Inland Empire. The role may require travel between various residential sites.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montclair, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
