Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Pay: $23–$28 per hour
Mileage Reimbursement: ~$0.38/mile (or current state rate at time of travel)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM/On-Call: Required for emergency calls and rotating weekend coverage
Start Date: ASAP
 
We are seeking a reliable, professional Property Maintenance Technician to join our team servicing multiple residential properties throughout the Lewiston-Auburn area. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be comfortable interacting with tenants, and be committed to maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  Key Requirements Must be reliable and professional (will be interacting with tenants) Must be able to pass a background check – no violent crimes or listing on the sex offender registry Clean, valid driver’s license (no suspensions) Must have own reliable vehicle Must have own basic hand tools
Job Duties Include:
Responding to day-to-day maintenance work orders Unit turnovers/flips (light Spackle, paint, light bulbs etc) General property maintenance Light drywall repair, outlet replacements, light fixture replacements, etc. Senior Maintenance Tech will be available to provide training
