Job Description
Manage the assigned region to ensure that all lease data is maintained and updated in accordance with internal quality standards. Liaise with landlords and franchisees on matters such as year-end reconciliations, property maintenance, lease interpretation, site disputes, and escalations. Ensure the integrity of the lease data within the system, including the monthly payment of rent, budgeted CAM, taxes, year-end reconciliations, and other ad-hoc billings. Assist in the delivery of property tax reviews, lease audits, and process improvement. Prepare correspondence relating to rent adjustments, outstanding payments, CAM costs, site issues, etc.
ResponsibilitiesReview contracts and digitally file them.Provide administrative support to the real estate team.Perform data entry tasks.Conduct email correspondence.Scan, fax, and copy agreements.Essential SkillsProperty management experience.Proficiency in data entry.Customer service skills.Ability to review real estate/lease documents and digitally file them.General knowledge of leasing or real estate.Additional Skills & QualificationsPositive personality and adaptable attitude.Realtor background is suitable for this role.Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, and Excel.Paralegal experience is a plus.Work Environment
The work is conducted in-office Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility as long as an 8-hour shift is completed. Fridays are remote workdays.

This is a Contract position based out of NA, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
