Property Administrator
Description We are looking for a skilled Property Administrator to join our team in Lafayette, Colorado, on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. In this role, you will oversee the management and leasing of residential and commercial properties while ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with property management experience to contribute to a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations for residential and commercial rental properties, ensuring smooth processes and tenant satisfaction. • Coordinate leasing activities, including tenant applications, lease agreements, and property showings. • Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records for all properties. • Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold high levels of customer service. • Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions through coordination with vendors. • Maintain compliance with local regulations and property standards. • Prepare reports on rental income, occupancy rates, and other key metrics. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage documentation related to property management. • Support multi-tenant property operations to optimize efficiency and profitability. • Collaborate with team members to enhance property management strategies and processes. Requirements • Proven experience in property management, including residential and commercial properties. • Familiarity with leasing processes and procedures, including tenant relations. • Strong background in rent collection and financial record-keeping. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting. • Ability to manage multi-tenant properties effectively. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction. • Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements. • Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
