Description We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves providing essential support to a group of commercial real estate brokers, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. If you are organized, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Offer comprehensive administrative support to a team of commercial real estate brokers, including preparing proposals, presentations, and communication materials.
• Manage the distribution of marketing materials both internally and externally.
• Compile necessary documentation to complete voucher forms and process commission payments for brokers.
• Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans, and coordinate meeting room reservations.
• Assist in the preparation and production of client-specific property packages.
• Update and maintain information in databases and generate standard and customized reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to update website content and coordinate advertising schedules and placements.
• Build relationships and coordinate efforts with 1099 contractors to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide assistance with various ad hoc tasks as required to support the brokers.
• Maintain a resourceful and independent approach to problem-solving while ensuring deadlines are met. Requirements
• Proven experience in property management or leasing consultation, preferably in a commercial or residential setting.
• Familiarity with Yardi Software or similar property management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of administrative duties.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with brokers, contractors, and marketing teams.
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite specifically InDesign.
• Experience coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to generate accurate reports and maintain databases.
