Description We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to oversee and manage administrative tasks for a range of properties in Santa Rosa, California. This Contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of property management by coordinating tenant services, maintaining compliance, and ensuring properties are well-maintained. Responsibilities:
• Handle leasing processes, including tenant screening, contract negotiations, and addressing insurance and maintenance requirements.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, providing efficient and detail-oriented solutions.
• Conduct routine property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with service providers, repair teams, and maintenance staff to resolve property issues.
• Prepare and manage essential property documentation, such as leases, rental invoices, and management agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between property owners and tenants.
• Maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports related to property operations.
• Track and monitor property expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Verify compliance with local property laws and licensing requirements for all managed properties.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a similar administrative role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate industry practices and property regulations.
• Exceptional customer service skills coupled with strong negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software systems.
