Property Administrator
Description We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Roxbury, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing annual and interim recertifications, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, and supporting property management operations. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic real estate environment. Responsibilities: • Oversee the collection, review, and verification of resident documentation for annual and interim recertifications in alignment with housing program requirements • Maintain organized and accurate resident files and databases to ensure compliance with regulatory standards • Communicate with residents to provide clear guidance on required forms, deadlines, and recertification processes • Collaborate with property managers and leasing staff to address discrepancies or issues that arise during certification procedures • Prepare and submit detailed reports to housing authorities and relevant agencies in a timely manner • Deliver administrative support for general property management tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations • Utilize experience with project-based low-income programs to accurately conduct rent calculations and recertifications • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and providing assistance throughout the certification process Requirements • Proven experience with project-based low-income housing programs, including recertifications and rent calculations • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed resident records and documentation • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, property managers, and external agencies • Proficiency in preparing and submitting reports to housing authorities • Ability to work collaboratively with property management teams to resolve issues and discrepancies • Demonstrated customer service skills to support residents and maintain positive relationships • Familiarity with housing regulations and compliance requirements • Experience in administrative support within the real estate or property management industry TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
