Property Administrator
Description We are looking for a skilled Property Administrator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will oversee essential financial and administrative tasks related to property management while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic real estate and property organization. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accounting software systems to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely billing and collections. • Coordinate budget preparation and monitoring to align with organizational goals. • Utilize CRM tools to enhance client relationships and streamline communication. • Handle financial services tasks using ADP systems for efficient operations. • Execute property management tasks, including monitoring leases and tenant accounts. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all administrative functions. • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the use of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for property-related activities. • Generate financial reports and provide insights to assist in decision-making. • Support the implementation and management of billing functions across various properties. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes. • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and their application in property administration. • Familiarity with ADP financial services systems. • Ability to manage budget processes and provide accurate financial forecasts. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy. • Previous experience in property management or related fields preferred.
