Description
We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Santa Clarita, California. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to manage and streamline property-related financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting systems, financial services, and property management processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily administration of property management operations, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with company policies.
• Utilize accounting software systems, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals and identifying areas for cost optimization.
• Coordinate and maintain property records, contracts, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial reporting and support decision-making processes.
• Manage CRM systems to track and maintain tenant and client information effectively.
• Handle financial transactions, including AP and AR processes, with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the execution of audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide exceptional service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements • Proven experience in property administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, particularly JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and their application in property management.
• Expertise in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes.
• Solid knowledge of budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with team members and clients.
