Property Administrator
Description We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our team in Washington, DC, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, delivering, and preparing packages for shipment. • Maintain office supplies and ensure shelves are restocked as needed. • Operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment such as scanners, fax machines, and copiers. • Coordinate facilities-related tasks, including overseeing mailroom operations and ensuring office functionality. • Support team members by organizing schedules, arranging meetings, and managing travel reservations. • Assist with document control, including proofreading, editing, and filing important records. • Navigate Microsoft Office applications to produce reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to relay information and resolve inquiries. • Handle high-volume call environments with professionalism and efficiency. • Perform data entry and workflow coordination to streamline administrative processes. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to manage high call volumes and respond effectively to inquiries. • Familiarity with document control processes and office equipment. • Experience with scheduling and coordinating meetings. • Comfortable with performing data entry and basic research tasks. • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
