**The Opportunity** : We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property and Logistics Deputy Lead to support our logistics operations. The successful candidate will assist the Lead in overseeing property management, inventory control, and logistics activities while ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist the Lead in managing day-to-day property and logistics operations
+ Collaborate and coordinate with the customers corporate IT procurement and enterprise licensing office as the governing organization and procurement office for hardware and software.
+ Adhere to customer’s and company directives, governance and policies.
+ Coordinate and collaborate with the customer’s Transportation Management Center (TMC) for the transportation of classified and unclassified intelligence IT equipment throughout the world
+ Develop and implement strategies to improve Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) hardware maintenance before purchase warranty has expired
+ Supervise and train junior staff in inventory management and logistics procedures
+ Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
+ Oversee inventory control, including regular audits and reconciliations
+ Assist in logistics management, equipment and spares database management, shipping and tracking, and managing an operational spares program
+ Requires minimal guidance and direction from more senior level technicians, specialists, and managers.
+ Provide procurement and integrated logistics services for usable end items as required and upon approval.
+ Oversee the management of accountable assets and non-accountable assets
+ Provides guidance to lower-level technicians and specialists
+ Works individually and actively participates on integrated teams
+ Analyze data and prepare reports on logistics performance and property status
+ Participate in long-term planning for space utilization and equipment procurement
+ Act as the primary point of contact in the Lead's absence
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent work experience
+ 5+ years of related work experience
+ TS/SCI with Poly required
+ Possesses knowledge and provides support in the development of support documentation to include elements such as support equipment, technical orders, supply support and computer resources support, and the process of evolving and establishing maintenance/support concepts
+ Provides support in procurement and management processes with an understanding and knowledge of the logistics-associated reliability & maintainability (R & M) functions
+ Provide asset management and asset accountability services for accountable assets per month
+ Experience working in Service Now and other configuration management database tools

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$86,600 - $181,800
