About the role:
We’re looking for a creative and driven Promoter Coordinator to join the team at Live Nation Australasia on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The ideal candidate will bring existing experience in planning and delivering music events, and be looking to elevate their skillset to the next level alongside some of the most experienced promoters in the region.
In this role, you’ll work closely with senior promoters to plan, market and deliver incredible live music experiences, while also building your own portfolio of projects. You’ll have the chance to collaborate across multiple teams including Production & Logistics, Marketing, Ticketing and Sponsorship, and connect directly with artists, agents and venues.

What you’ll be doing:
+ Supporting event delivery: Work alongside senior promoters to plan, budget and deliver tours and live events.
+ Spotting opportunities: Identify potential tours or event brands and strengthen Live Nation’s relationships with agents.
+ Contributing ideas: Bring creative concepts for event formats, lineups, premium experiences and marketing initiatives to the table.
+ Coordinating logistics: Work with artist teams and internal departments to meet event requirements.
+ Tracking sales: Monitor ticket performance, identify trends and take action to maximise results.
+ Onsite presence: Be on the ground at shows to troubleshoot, liaise with artists and support operations.
+ Building relationships: Maintain strong connections with stakeholders locally, nationally and internationally.
What you’ll bring:
+ Proven event experience : Hands-on history in booking and delivering live music events.
+ Passion for the industry : A love for live music and the drive to make each event the best it can be.
+ Event know-how : Understanding of ticketing, marketing and budgets for live shows.
+ Organisational skills : Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
+ Strong communication : Confident working with a wide range of people and building trust.
