Ihre Aufgaben

Projektsteuerung & Koordination

Ganzheitliche Steuerung von Projekten von der Konzeption bis zur ÜbergabeSchnittstellenkoordination aller Projektbeteiligten (Architekten, Planer, Handwerker, Dienstleister)Kosten- und Terminmanagement inkl. BudgetkontrolleBegleitung der Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Bau- bzw. Generalunternehmerleistungen (Design & Build)Qualitäts-, Risiko- und Claim-Management durch regelmäßiges Reporting

Beratung & Konzeption

Technische und planerische Beratung beim AnmietungsprozessEntwicklung individueller Belegungskonzepte mit internen PlanungstoolsKreative Entwurfskonzepte (mit dem Design Team)Beratung zu technischen, baustrukturellen und genehmigungsrechtlichen FragestellungenBegleitung bei Farb-, Material- und Möblierungskonzepten

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung & Erfahrung

Abgeschlossenes Studium: Architektur, Innenarchitektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder ProjektsteuerungBerufserfahrung in Planungsbüro oder Bau-/ProjektmanagementErfahrung mit Büro- oder Retail-Fit-outs von Vorteil

Fachkompetenz

Kenntnisse in Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von InnenausbaumaßnahmenKenntnisse von Bauvorschriften, Brandschutz und ArbeitsstättenrichtlinienGrundverständnis für TGA, Elektroinstallationen und Workplace-TechnologienSicherer Umgang mit Kosten- und Zeitplanungstools sowie MS Office/Excel
