Sie arbeiten an zentralen Modernisierungs- und Transformationsprogrammen – einschließlich Cloud-Migration, Prozessoptimierung, Qualitätssicherung und der Einführung moderner DevOps-Methoden. **Ihre Aufgaben** - Projektmanagement - Validierung und Strukturierung von Projektzielen, Anforderungen, Zeitplänen und Budgets - Steuerung aller Projektphasen (Konzeption, Implementierung, Test, Rollout). - Einhaltung relevanter Standards. - Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement. - Verantwortung für erfolgreichen Projektabschluss. Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsmanagement - Aufbau und Pflege von Stakeholder-Beziehungen im Gesundheitswesen. - Moderation von Workshops und Regelterminen. - Erstellung von Entscheidungsunterlagen und Statusberichten. Change- und Transformationsmanagement - Analyse von Veränderungen und deren Auswirkungen. - Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Technologien. - Mitwirkung bei Schulungskonzepten.
