**Key Responsibilities:** + Own and deliver on global RTR projects to streamline activity and deliver best practices for RTR COE + Owns the transformation of the accounting and controls processes for Carrier RTR COE activities + Evaluate and articulate risks and opportunities associated with technology implementations and impact on RTR operations to drive change either in operational or technology processes to ensure proper end to end integration. + Ability to understand change impact on implementation of new technology and systems on RTR COE organization. Analyze, plan and coach teams through the change process. + Transform programs and processes to consolidate activities and standardize across multiple Segments + Ability to communicate and influence key internal and external business partners + Navigate and work with matrix organization and cross-functional RTR teams to drive project completion. **Required Qualifications:** + Good communication skills both written and verbal + Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting + A minimum of 5-7 years prior relevant experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + An advanced degree is preferred in an accounting discipline or MBA + Certified Public Accountant or equivalent preferred or the ability and eligibility to obtain certification **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
