Projects Assistant Manager
**Description** Partner with Director of Production in all aspects of photography and video production within Global Creative Services for the Estée Lauder brand. Responsibilities include production of Tier B shoots, management of shoot scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, management of model and product imagery and management of all retouching/editing. ACCOUNTABILITIES: + Shoot Production: Partnering with the Director of Production with all production aspects of Tier A shoots. + Ownership of Tier B shootings including taking lead on communications with agents and vendors to arrange holds and negotiate fees. Coordinate pre⁃production, procure required art and prepare production for shoots. + Liaise with art directors, photographers, agents, to execute shoots brief within designated timeframe and budget parameters. + Act as lead producer on set for Tier B shoots. + Responsible for preparing all product samples for shoots. + Works closely with Accounts Payable and Finance to ensure production runs smoothly, all vendor relationships are in good standing and vendors are paid on time. Keep finance tracker up to date. + Monitor and revise estimates for talent and prepare all legal contracts such as NDA forms. Partner with Director of Production for approval. + Manage all communications with model/photo agencies for bookings and contracts for tier b shoots. + Maintain monthly shoot calendar. + Postproduction: Work with post producer to ensure correct files are delivered. **Qualifications** + 3+ years' experience working as an Assistant/JR Producer in an Advertising Agency or Production Agency producing fashion, beauty and still life shoots and digital videos. + Capabilities to produce digital imagery and online videos. + Knowledge and experience working with industry photographers, DP's, models, hair, and makeup team. + Highly organized multi⁃tasker. + Excellent organizational and follow through skills. + Excellent communication skills. + Financial negotiating and accrual skills. + Bachelor of Arts or equivalent. + Knowledge of Adobe CS 6 and photoshop.
