Working alongside audit and assurance teams, they help modernize processes, enhance quality, improve efficiency, and enable compliance through technology-enabled solutions.
Teams support the implementation and adoption of new platforms and AI-enabled tools used across assurance engagements, helping strengthen assessments of financial and non-financial information, internal controls, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
In this fast-paced, transformation-driven environment, you will contribute to tool deployment, process redesign, change management, and user adoption initiatives. Driven by curiosity and collaboration, you are encouraged to take initiative, deliver quality work, and build your personal brand within PwC’s assurance and innovation community.
Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
Assisting in the implementation of new tools and technologies, including coordination, communication rollouts, approvals, and user support.
Supporting tools testing, documentation, and compliance processes.
Contributing to risk and compliance procedures associated with new tool deployment.
Assisting the team with assurance transformation communication and management tasks.
Currently in the final year/last semester of a bachelor’s degree program.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication, coordination, and basic managerial skills.
Comfortable working with digital platforms and modern technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI-driven tools used in transformation initiatives.
Demonstrates self-learning ability and a proactive approach.
