Job Title: Project Team Leader
Job Category: Supervisor – non-exempt
Job Description: The Project Team Leader will oversee Team Members as they work together to deliver the Caring Transitions core services of senior relocations and move management, downsizing and decluttering, estate sales, and home cleanouts. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the opportunity to train and supervise team members; develop and mentor the team through flawless planning and execution of tasks assigned on a project basis; Team Leaders are expected to work alongside their project Team Members to complete each project efficiently. Leaders will monitor and reinforce company guidelines, policies, and procedures and ensure safety of team, client, and property. Enjoy a flexible, part-time schedule, mostly weekday and some weekend hours available.

Roles and Responsibilities:Create a welcoming and warm work environment, demonstrate a drive for results and going above and beyond in service of the client with minimal supervisionEnsure all tools and supplies are properly maintained and reach each job site Lead the team in the execution of tasks needed to complete the project with the allocated labor hoursReport all incidents and/or accidents to management in a timely mannerMonitor/reinforce safety proceduresCommunicate updates to clients and management as requestedMeet routinely with management and communicate aspects of each project to the teamHandle any immediate employee concerns or disciplinary needs per Company policyNotify and assist management with any ongoing or major employee issues or disciplinary actionEnsure team member hours are being reported accurately to management for payroll in a timely mannerOther responsibilities as needed and specific to type of project (estate sales, relocations, clean outs, etc.)
Qualifications & Skills:High School diploma or equivalent training requiredMinimum of one-year supervisory experience preferredAbility to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced and unique work environmentExcellent problem solving and decision-making skillsOutstanding customer service, organizational, written, verbal and communication skills are requirements of this roleWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Physical/Environmental Requirements:Frequent lifting of up to 30lbs, moving, climbing occasionally, transporting, placing and removing household items for staging, liquidation, donation and resettlingWalking and/or standing in varying weather environmentsFrequent walking up and down stairs, possibly while carrying up to 30lbs
