Project Manager (PM)(PTL)
The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for planning, leading, and managing all engineering activities associated with a capital project, and leading the project team from FEL-2 through Mechanical Completion. Large projects may have both a PM and Project Engineers (PEs), where the PM has overall project engineering responsibility and the PEs each only have a portion of the overall project scope. The PM coordinates with and supports the Project Sponsor during FEL-1 and commissioning and startup, to integrate the end to end project process.Is, along with the Project Sponsor, the primary interface between the project team and the steering teamAcquires Chemours engineering and design resources as needed during the life of the projectEnsures the engineering contractor staffing is adequate, and monitors the quality of their processes and deliverablesLeads the engineering portion of the FEL process, including preparation of the project scopes of work, completion of the estimates and schedule, and the development of the Production Design BasisEstablishes effective communications among the project team to ensure alignment around business objectives and project scopesLeads assignment of the roles and responsibilities for the project team and preparation of the Optimum Deliverables Checklist and ensures each team member understands their role and deliverablesManages changes in the project scope and controls cost within the approved budget amounts per the Project Controls PlanManages engineering noncapital costs, capital investment, and engineering resources within budgetLeads mitigation of project risks and resolution of project issues and barriersEnsures appropriate engineering practices and design standards are followedDrives capital project work processes and practices as described in the Chemours Project System (CPS).Co-leads project Steering Team meetings and Gatekeeping reviews with the Project SponsorPrepares, or assists in preparing, all project-funding documents.Nivel y Años de Experiencia:
Mayor a 8 años trabajando en áreas de Mantenimiento y/o Proyectos Capital y/o Construcción en Plantas Químicas. Nivel Gerente, Jefatura, Supervisor o Coordinador de Área demostrado.Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónmecánica, Electrónica, Mecánica, titulado.Valores:
Alto sentido de responsabilidad en seguridad del personal y las instalaciones dentro de Planta y la comunidad.Alto nivel de Ética en los negocios.Trato respetuoso.Liderazgo:
