Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Project Director - PMCM (Project Management and Construction Management) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. + Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives + Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement + Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget + Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates and resolving conflicts + Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success + Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed + Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants + Ensure compliance with local construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures + Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality + Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies and identify new opportunities **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree in Project Management or MBA preferred + PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required; PRINCE2 certification a plus + 17+ years of experience in project management and construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects + Extensive knowledge of the construction industry, infrastructure development, and local regulations in the UAE + Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite + Expertise in construction management tools, risk management software, and financial management systems + Demonstrated experience in contract management and stakeholder engagement + Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail + Exceptional communication and negotiation skills + Proven ability to make decisive decisions in high-pressure environments + International project experience, preferably in the Middle East + Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
