The Philips Grooming & Beauty, Philips Innovation Centre (PIC) PMO Team delivers innovative consumer products for personal well-being. You will be part of the G&B PIC Innovation team and report to the PMO Leader.

Conduct product innovation research, which includes:Online and offline benchmark studiesScraping, processing, and analyzing user commentsData processing, consolidation, and insight generationSupport Integral Project Leads in maintaining project documentation and ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.Perform other duties assigned by the project lead, such as preparing summary materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations), meeting minutes, etc.

Be in your 1st or 2nd year of postgraduate study.Demonstrate enthusiasm for the consumer goods industry (e.g., shaver, hair dryer, styler, IPL).Possess good English listening, reading, and writing skills.Hold a bachelor's degree in technical or business-related majors.Be available to work 3 days per week for 4–6 months; availability for over 6 months would be a plus.Have a willingness to learn.Exhibit good communication skills.
