We are hiring a Project Support Officer for an International Organisation in Warsaw and various locations around Europe.

Main Responsibilities Reporting on progress, resources, finance or costingsOverseeing projects, mitigating risks and solving issuesQuality assurance, for example through collating data, auditing or compliance checksScheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project teamInternal and external stakeholder managementManaging correspondenceUpdating project recordsPreparing test data, testing and Reporting on testingPreparing, printing and distributing project documentationFacilitating and co-ordinating efficient flow of all working documentsDrafting documents, such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings Successful Candidate

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Bachelor's or Master's Degree 

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES

At least 1 certification among:

PRINCE2 Foundation Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) PM2 BasicOr an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Knowledge of project management methodologies and methodsExperienced in drafting documents, (such as reports, notes, letters, presentations and minutes of meetings), managing correspondence and typing in data into electronic systemsAbility to organise and plan the work process and deliver expected resultsProficient in using MS Office toolsBasic knowledge of ICT terminology and conceptsDedication to quality of the provided documents (incl. content and formatting)Service oriented attitude Systematic worker

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS 

Canditate took part in at least 2 Software Development projects in the role of Project Support OfficerCandidate has experience in applying PM2 methodology About the Company
