You will be coordinating customer interactions and supporting the delivery of installation and maintenance contracts. You will be working closely with customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure planning accuracy, strong communication, and efficient project execution.
As a Project support Coordinator, you will be:
Proactively managing installation and maintenance contracts for key accountsResolving customer issues through phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactionPlanning jobs, projects, and aftersales contract activitiesManaging stock and service parts demandSupporting engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers during deliveryMaintaining and updating project schedules and resourcesEnsuring contractual obligations, processes, and deadlines are metPreparing reports, documentation, and customer feedback summariesEssential Skills
