The Opportunity To coordinate project support administrative activities and the daily flow of administrative operations for several projects or one very large complex project, under minimal direction and supervision. Possesses in-depth knowledge of project policies and procedures involving all phases of project execution from bid specifications through project closeout. Because of substantial level of experience and project knowledge, prioritizes tasks and anticipates the needs of the project. Duties and tasks are non-routine, requiring substantial independent judgment. Has frequent contact with clients, suppliers, or company employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.The Team

Key Responsibilities Plays a significant role in developing and/or administering and communicating project-related policies and procedures Is coordinator of project communications Contributes to the development of other department or company initiatives Frequently interacts with upper management on related project issues, as well as external clients Maintains project calendar May maintain personal calendar for project manager Arranges project-related meetings, travel and/or events Generates or distributes ad hoc reports using various business systems and databases to internal project team Generates simple documents, such as letters and memos Generates more complex documents, such as spreadsheets and presentations Completes complex filing activities such as assigning file numbers, action items, and distribution for project file system Creates expense reports for project team members May verify accuracy of invoices prior to approval May route and track invoices Acts in capacity of a "lead person"   Does not have management responsibility for the people to whom they provide work direction  Management Responsibilities Preferred Qualifications 7+ years relevant experience preferred  High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
