As member of Project Support Team you will work in an EMEA organization focused on delivering client projects in datacenter and other segments. This role focuses on optimizing operational processes and designing efficient workflows related to project data maintenance and governance. **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare project charters and provide support during the quoting stage, through to handover to the execution team + Define and build the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on the technical scope and commercial obligations; maintain WBS in the ERP system with progress updates throughout execution + Prepare and maintain project documentation such as the Project Charter and Project FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) + Assist with budget planning and financial analysis + Oversee and coordinate projects, including planning, billing, and revenue milestones + Review contracts and financials (e.g., contractual obligations, terms & conditions), with a focus on understanding and managing risks + Evaluate overall project status—plans, risks, and progress—using data analytics + Develop optimized operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity + Provide technical support and training to promote best practices **Qualifications:** + A university degree is required.
