We are now looking for a Project Support Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support across projects, ensuring timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication are managed effectively.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\n\nProvide administrative support to project managers and teams across the projects\n\n\nMaintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and reports\n\n\nSchedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes\n\n\nMonitor project timelines and escalate any risks or delay\n\n\n.Assist with resource planning and allocation\n\n\nCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery\n\n\nSupport the implementation of project management processes and tools\n\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\n\nPrevious experience in an administrative or project support role\n\n\nStrong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks\n\n\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation\n\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\n\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\n\n
