Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Supervisor - Traffic Management (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role, you will oversee field operations for transportation projects, ensuring technical implementation, quality control, and efficient execution of on-site activities to meet project timelines and standards. 

What You'll Be Doing: 

Supervise and coordinate project teams to ensure all on-site activities are carried out efficiently, in compliance with operating procedures, safety standards, and project specifications. 

Develop and implement work plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation for field implementation of transportation systems. 

Monitor technical implementation of project elements, such as ITS installations, traffic signal deployments, and infrastructure integrations, identifying and resolving issues promptly. 

Conduct quality control inspections, audits, and testing to verify compliance with design standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols. 

Report on field progress, including milestones, variances, risks, and mitigation strategies, to project managers and stakeholders. 

Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate coordination, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless on-site operations. 

Manage change requests, site surveys, and defect resolutions, ensuring timely approvals and documentation. 

Enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and promote continuous improvement in field processes and practices. 

Liaise with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and local authorities, to address field-related issues and ensure project alignment. 

What Required Skills You'll Bring: 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 

Minimum 8+ years of field supervision experience, with a strong technical implementation background in transportation or infrastructure projects. 

Proven expertise in quality control, including inspections, testing, and compliance with industry standards. 

Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams in dynamic field environments. 

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and technical software relevant to transportation systems. 

Excellent communication skills for reporting, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English is required.
