Project Specialist/ Legal Operations Specialist

Summary: Seeking a Project Specialist/Legal Operations Specialist with experience in legal operations and project coordination to manage complex scheduling, draft legal documents, and support project management processes.

Requirements:

1-3+ years of experience in legal operations, legal administration, or project coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with legal tech platforms and project management tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Implement and support project management processes.

Establish and maintain project performance metrics and measures.

Manage complex scheduling across legal leadership and cross-functional teams.

Draft, format, and finalize legal documents and presentations.

Provide general administrative assistance including expense reporting and booking spaces.

Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects.

Lead coordination efforts for department programs ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Pay: 34-44

Pay Details: $34.00 to $44.00 per hour
