The Project Specialist supports the Nordstrom Design organization by streamlining workflows, enhancing team collaboration, and driving operational excellence across people, roles and processes. A day in the life…
Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for design workflows.Support digital asset organization and SharePoint maintenance.Manage shared design tools and templates.Track and report on key milestones in relation to seasonal calendars.Partner with cross-functional teams (Apparel Design, Technical Design, Concept & Print Design) to ensure alignment and timely deliverables. Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts(e.g. apparel design) or related field.1–2 years of experience in a creative or operational support role (internships count!).Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel).Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with PLM systems is a plus.#LI-Hybrid
