Short Description

The Project Specialist provides administrative, financial and legal support for the Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, Outside Consultant Project Managers, Director and AVP for the Planning, Design and Construction Department to all Capital Construction Projects. Assists teams' members with project budget reconciliation between iCooper and Procore by interfacing between Purchasing, Finance and Accounts Payable. Reviews all contract documents to ensure completeness prior to creating requisitions for seamless process with Purchasing and Legal.
