JOB SUMMARY The Project Specialist in Energy Solutions will support the planning, execution, and management of energy projects, ensuring that all objectives are met within the scope, budget, and timeline. This role will require the ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities · Oversee and coordinate the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. · Provide technical assistance in the implementation of energy solutions such as renewable energy systems, energy efficiency projects, or grid modernization. · Collect and analyze energy data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvements in energy systems or consumption. · Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and resolve issues. · Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and project documentation to track progress and communicate findings to management and stakeholders. · Assist in the development of project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of time and materials. · Ensure all energy projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols. · Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in energy solutions and incorporate best practices to improve project outcomes. · Embodies the CoolSys CARES culture (Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment, Safety). · Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. · 2-4 years of experience in project management, energy systems, or related areas. · Certification in Project Management (i.e., PMP, CAPM). · Familiarity with energy modeling tools and software. · Experience in energy audits or energy efficiency programs. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and renewable energy technologies. · Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). · Analytical skills for data interpretation and solution development. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. · Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws. · Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc Join Us Today, there are 27 different companies that make up the CoolSys family of brands.
