Project Services Manager

Leading a team and a portfolio of projects in Project Controls, Planning and Risk Management, compiling reporting and communication across the portfolio. Driving performance across basins and implementing Project Controls processes to achieve established KPO’s .
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Manage a team of Risk Managers, Planners, Documentation Control and Project Controls Specialist.
+ Drive teams to achieve milestones and KPI’s/KPO’s.
+ Engage with Cash and Revenue forecasted, provide input from projects for proper forecasting.
+ Implement templates, tools, dashboards in order to drive global performance across the portfolio.
+ Compile Schedule and Risk reports for internal and external report (weekly/monthly) across a portfolio of projects.
+ Lead in establishing standard reporting, rules of credit and Quantity based trackers for Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication across the portfolio.
+ Analyze Required on Site dates with currently material deliveries.
+ Establish appropriate progress measurement, earned value and performance reporting utilizing schedule data.
+ Analyze earned value and variances.
+ Develop mitigation strategies and manage the risk process.
+ Provide assurance to project teams and clearly identify gaps between scope, execution plans and schedule drivers.
+ Expert working knowledge with methods and techniques for project progress reporting (S-Curves, Earned value, Critical Path, Look-ahead) with proven numeric and literary skills).
+ Liaise with Clients (internal & external), Engineering team, Sub-contractors, Suppliers/vendors for undertaking on all matters relating to schedule and reporting.
+ Review and monitor the Subcontracts / Vendors schedules, coordination & progress follow up.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Completed bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited institution, preferably in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or Accounting. Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in planning and controlling of EPC and FPSO projects.
+ Engineering, Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.
+ Extensive knowledge key deliverables/activities: Engineering, Procurement, Structural, Piping and Vessel fabrication
+ Has a good understanding of project management, PMO and industry best practices, and work in a fast-paced environment.
+ It is essential that this role holder possesses good communication skills at all levels (internal & external) includes presentation, meetings & written documents.
+ Proven track record in Planning and Risk, delivering high complex projects.
