Project Services Manager

The Project Services Manager is responsible for leading project services team in all aspects of projects to ensure excellence in execution.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Ensure safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables.
+ Manage daily activities and schedule of project team members.
+ Advise management on contractual and business matters related to projects and subcontractors.
+ Ensure SLB change leadership framework is used for change management and controls.
+ Participate in recruiting, talent management and mentoring of project team. Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. Assist with preparation of the final project close-out report.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
+ 8+ years of experience in project management within oil & gas or midstream sectors.
+ Strong knowledge of engineering processes, procurement.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
