Project Scheduling & Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Provide back-office support throughout the project life cycle to the field organization for the Imaging Western Zone Project Managers.Own maintaining the schedules for all new installs, deinstalls and relocations for the Western Zone Project Managed systems (AT, CT, MI, MR and XP) by maintaining the Project Manager’s input and ensuring the schedules are complete, accurate for resources and revenue recognition by interfacing with the respective factories, Project Managers and Order Management.Coordinate the requests for planned and unplanned out of scope costs by seeking appropriate approvals, issuing Purchase Orders and processing invoicesPerform various support tasks for Project Managers (Government Notice to Deliver Letters, Broker coordination, Orders drawings, etc)Ensure process standardizationSupport process improvements

Required skills to have for the success of this role

Associate or Bachelor of Science degree3-5 years of practical experience with project management support and schedulingKnowledge of the imaging process from sales to customer turnover is preferredEffective verbal and written communication across all levels of an organizationDetail oriented with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize to achieve multiple demandsSelf-motivated with proven ability to embrace change and learn new processes and software solutionsExcellent PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SAP, bridge)

Hybrid- 2- days in the office- West Coast hours may apply

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $72,200 - Max $108,300

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
