Wood is recruiting for a Project Scheduler / Planner to join its Malaysia Business Unit, supporting the delivery of largescale data center construction projects. The role will form part of the Onsite Owner’s Representative team, providing independent schedule oversight, analysis, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery in line with agreed milestones and need by dates.

The Role  

The Project Scheduler / Planner will act as the Owner’s Representative, responsible for overseeing, validating, and analyzing construction schedules across all phases of the project. This role supports schedule development, progress verification, risk identification, and recovery planning, ensuring that contractor schedules align with actual site conditions, material lead times, and Owner requirements. 

The position requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule governance within FastTrack, mission critical construction environments such as data centers.
