**About the role:**
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Scheduler with 4-6 years of expertise in ground-up construction, lab build-out, and tenant improvement projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and facilitating seamless coordination between various construction phases. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record in project scheduling are essential for success in this role.
This is a fulltime onsite role based in West Point, PA.
This role will require the selected candidate to work from the client's offices in West Point, PA a minimum of three days per week.
**What you’ll do:**
Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules from conception to completion.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
Manage and record detail meeting minutes for all schedule meeting reviews
Utilize scheduling software to create accurate timelines, identify critical paths, and optimize resource allocation.
Monitor and update project schedules to reflect changes, delays, and adjustments in real-time.
Provide regular reports and analysis to project teams, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
Work closely with construction teams to ensure schedules align with budgetary and quality objectives.
Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and propose effective solutions to mitigate potential delays.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to construction scheduling.
**What you’ll need:**
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is highly preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in ground-up construction, lab build-out, and tenant improvement projects. Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or other regulated environment experience is highly desirable.
Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering.
Proficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., P6 Primavera, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera Cloud a “plus”).
Familiarity with construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
