Airswift is seeking Project Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, and cost control functions across multiple industrial projects. This intermediate-level role is responsible for executing routine and moderately complex project controls assignments with general oversight. The Specialist applies core project controls principles and software tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project performance.

Responsibilities: Support project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and forecasting activities Apply project controls procedures to monitor progress and performance Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for project stakeholders Maintain and update project schedules using approved software tools Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure data accuracy Identify and communicate risks related to schedule and cost deviations Contribute to project reviews and support change management processes Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements: Associate degree in business, finance, engineering, project management, or related field Minimum 2 years of project controls experience (or 5 years in lieu of degree) Working knowledge of project controls principles and scheduling/cost tools Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Strong analytical and communication skills; proven team collaborator
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or technical discipline PMI or AACE certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP) Experience with tools such as Business Objects, Passport, Prolog, Visio, Powerplant, Emax, PeopleSoft Prior experience supporting multiple projects and working with external vendors/suppliers
