The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the routine planning, coordination, control, and direction of operational resources to ensure efficient project execution. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, maintaining clear communication with Field Technician Supervisors and coordinating job activities with Project Managers. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and coordinate daily operational activities and resource assignmentsServe as a primary liaison between customers, Field Technician Supervisors, and Project ManagersCommunicate job requirements, timelines, and updates to all relevant stakeholdersMonitor job progress and assist with resolving scheduling or operational conflictsSupport operational efficiency through accurate documentation and use of internal systemsAdditional Skills & QualificationsOne-year certificate from a college or technical school or 6 months to 3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office products and standard office equipmentStrong communication, coordination, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with Energy Management Systems (EMS), HVAC systems, and/or temperature control systems is preferredExperience LevelIntermediate levelSuitable for candidates with hands-on operational coordination experience who can work with minimal supervision and contribute to process improvementJob Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Davidson, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
