Job Title: Project Scheduler

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler to join our construction team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project timelines that support the successful execution of construction projects. The Project Scheduler will coordinate all aspects of the project plan—including activity sequencing, resource allocation, work breakdown structures, and milestone tracking—to ensure timely completion within budget.
This position requires close collaboration with project managers, field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and procurement teams to identify and mitigate potential delays, resolve scheduling conflicts, and proactively address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft ProjectBreak down project scope into tasks aligned with the work breakdown structureDefine logical sequencing of activities and estimate durations and resource needsPerform critical path analysis and develop baseline schedules for tracking progressIntegrate electrical schedules into general contractor timelinesConduct regular site visits to assess progress and update schedules accordinglyCollect and analyze progress data to identify deviations and potential delaysUpdate schedules based on actual progress and communicate changes to stakeholdersEvaluate schedule impacts of change orders and propose corrective actionsIdentify critical path activities and potential bottlenecksAssess schedule risks such as weather delays and material shortages; develop contingency plansPrepare and present clear, concise schedule reports to project management and stakeholdersFacilitate schedule review meetings and address timeline concernsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment and project successEssential Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $56.00/hr.
