Job Title: SchedulerJob Description We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with a strong background in construction project scheduling to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing scheduling tasks using tools such as P6, Oracle Cloud (OPC), or similar platforms. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in scheduling and an understanding of commercial construction processes and project lifecycles. Responsibilities + Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling tools such as P6 or Oracle Cloud (OPC). + Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure schedules align with project goals and deadlines. + Organize and prioritize tasks based on customer needs and project requirements. + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to articulate project timelines and milestones. + Adapt to changing project demands and integrate feedback to optimize schedules. Essential Skills + At least 2 years of experience in project scheduling. + Proficiency in scheduling tools such as P6 or Oracle Cloud (OPC). + Experience with general contractors or subcontractors. + Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project lifecycles. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize tasks effectively. + Teachability and willingness to learn unique processes. + Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Work Environment This role offers a full remote work environment, but candidates must reside in Colorado and be available for occasional meetings and site visits.
