Job Description Summary

We're looking for Project Scheduler that able to work collaboratively with the project team in maintaining the overall project contract schedule, issuing repots internally and externally, coordinating schedule changes/adjustments with the Project Management/Superintendent team and coordinating/recording Pull Plan sessions.

About the Role:

Maintain and monitor master plan schedulePrepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project scheduleIntegrate various contract packages into master plan scheduleReview contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to clientPrepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and clientDevelop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of project and mitigation plansInteract with contractor and verify the project data to update project scheduleAssess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim reportAnalyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to project scheduleWork out site logistic planning for project

About You:

5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, and preferably previous Data Center experience.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVMExperience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projects.Excellent command of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDevelops good working relationships with project teamThe tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions
