Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for project coordination and customer service?

Join our dynamic team as a Project Sample Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and efficient sample delivery for customer projects. This permanent full-time opportunity is based at our Clayton Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact for all sample-related topics and issues, particularly with key clients.Sample Management: Leading sample timing and price negotiations with customers.  Project Coordination: Communicating project status updates to internal teams and customers, identifying delivery risks, and where necessary, recommending contingency plans.Quotation and Profitability: Preparing customer quotations for samples and supporting forecasting and planning activities.Order Fulfillment: Coordinating with Bosch's global sample shop network and managing sample orders to ensure timely customer delivery.System Maintenance: Maintaining customer online systems for accurate reporting and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

Qualifications

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across the organisation.

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:

Education: A background and understanding of Engineering, IT, or Science is highly regarded.Experience: Proven experience in customer service, project coordination, and stakeholder management within a technical environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with SAP is highly advantageous.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, resilience, and a creative problem-solving mindset are essential to your success in this role.
