We are looking for an experienced Project Sales Engineer for our DEVI by Danfoss organizational structure.

At this position you will travel regularly within Europe. The preferred work mode is hybrid, in our Sofia Office, Rozhen 41 Blvd. Industrial Park.
What You’ll Be Doing
Market research and sales growth
Performing extensive market research focused on project business in South-East Europe. Planning and performing own sales activities to ensure further growth of DEVI by Danfoss position with focus on project sales development. Responsible for Direct selling, implementation and conclusion of negotiations. Building, establishing and managing relationships with new and existing prospects/customers. Establishing and maintaining relationship influencers such investors, building companies, architects, developers, consultants.
Other tasks:
Carrying out seminars and trainings for designers, consultants and installers. Supporting the development and editing of sales support materials in his area of competence. Preparing yearly pricelists and sales conditions for customer groups. Technical product support and new product market launch.What We're Looking For
Business Profile
Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering or other. Knowledge and experience in heating systems and solutions would be an advantage. Commercial background including experience in negotiating. Computer skills – MS Office, SAP, Salesforce or other ERP/ CRM systems. Fluent English (both written and spoken).Interpersonal profile
Good communication and networking skills. Self-driven, proactive and independent person, results oriented. Customer orientation and service mindset. Analytical skills.What You'll Get from Us
