As a Project Quality Specialist (Fabrication Curitiba), you will ensure technical requirements, project specifications and inspection obligations are effectively implemented across fabrication operations. You will interface with customer representatives, inspectors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution and full compliance to contractual requirements.

As the Project Quality Specialist (Fabrication Curitiba) you will be responsible for:

Establishing quality requirements implementation at the execution location.Running product quality audits and performing routine walks to verify project requirements are properly flowed down.Collaborating with the product delivery team on identifying and reporting punch‑list items for closure.Interfacing with customer site representatives and 2nd/3rd‑party inspectors for all matters during execution, including inspection notifications.Collaborating in establishing project quality plans, inspection & test plans, witness points and quality records to ensure contractual compliance.Supporting and/or leading Go/No‑Go reviews and facilitating pre‑production meetings.Capturing, resolving and communicating fabrication Lessons Learned to the product delivery team, project quality engineer and project management team.Ensuring product non‑conformances are properly identified and recorded by the responsible fabrication point of contact.Implementing and monitoring product KPIs such as supplier MRB delivery and non‑conformance metrics.Witnessing product inspections and qualification activities as per the applicable inspection and test plan, and reporting results.Reviewing and approving supplier quality records and manufacturing record books (MRBs).Communicating with colleagues and stakeholders regarding methods for solving complex quality issues.Ensuring adherence to Product Line standard quality requirements at fabrication sites.Identifying and escalating critical observations and concerns to the appropriate organizational levels.Acting as an enabler for implementing the Non‑Conformance Management process at extended sites.Running weekly fabrication meetings to cover all product quality aspects with the relevant stakeholders.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Technical degree in Mechanical or Production disciplines.Have intermediate English skills.Have knowledge of Brazilian customer quality requirements for subsea fabrication (XT, Manifolds, Tooling).Have previous experience in Quality Control for subsea equipment fabrication.Have experience performing quality audits to support customer project assessments.Have knowledge in product quality inspection and documentation analysis.Have experience interacting with customers and inspection bodies.Have strong oral and written communication skills.
