Join our dynamic team as a Project Quality Data Improvement Lead in the Oil & Gas industry! This is an exciting opportunity to lead quality assurance and data improvement initiatives for a high-stakes project, ensuring excellence and efficiency in operations while working in Courbevoie, France.
Responsibilities Lead and coordinate Quality Assurance and Data Improvement across the entire scope of the project (SURF, SPS, FPSO, FOPS, D&W, and GSR). Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS), including dashboards and reporting tools. Coordinate Quality activities across all packages to ensure compliance and timely issue resolution. Drive Data Improvement by mapping processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding HSE, ensuring compliance within the area of responsibility. Organize biweekly Quality review meetings with project packages as appropriate. Identify, log, progress, and close out all Quality matters impacting the project. Ensure timely reporting to the Project Delivery Manager on progress, KPIs, and dashboards. Assist in relations with Concessionaire/Partners regarding Quality assurance and participate in relevant workshops. Promote a delivery-focused culture aligning team efforts with project objectives.
Requirements Confirmed Quality Engineer or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, including offshore experience. Qualifications: Confirmed Quality Engineer or equivalent. Leadership in transversal coordination with a strong team spirit and pragmatic, solution-driven mindset. Proficiency with Visio and Project Management tools. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerQuery, PowerBI, and DAX. Experience with VBA, SharePoint, NewProdom, Polarion, and IQ-All. Experience in process mapping, Lean/continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and KPI management. Excellent communication skills with a dynamic and motivated approach.
