We look forward to seeing your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Project Pursuit Managers, and Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment on expectations and successful proposal delivery + Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder requirements into tailored, value‑driven solutions while acting as a trusted advisor through remote and on‑site engagement + Lead and oversee the entire proposal process, ensuring high quality, accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness of all technical and commercial submissions + Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Project Pursuit, Center of Excellence, Operations) to develop innovative and cost‑effective proposal concepts + Serve as Solution Architect, applying technical expertise to shape concept designs that meet customer needs and Emerson standards + Coordinate proposal contributors, allocate tasks, monitor progress, drive efficiency through best‑practice methodologies, and support DoA processes including pricing strategies and benchmarks + Act as a Subject Matter Expert, staying current on industry trends and proactively sharing knowledge to strengthen team capabilities and Life Sciences expertise across DACH **Who You Are:** You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations and you establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
