As the Drive & Control Company, we develop, produce, and distribute our components and system solutions in over 80 countries. **Job Description** To support Purchasing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Engineering in identifying, developing, and maintaining prototype and pilot-stage supply chains. This role ensures optimized cost, logistics, and delivery while providing clear communication to stakeholders on component status and project timing. Primary Duties: + Assist with Supplier quotations for new development projects, suggest optimal supply chain solutions, and utilize preferred global suppliers. + Coordinate prototype and pilot build purchasing activities, including PO creation, expediting, and MRP cost data accuracy. + Organize and maintain supplier readiness for prototype and pilot builds, including expediting PPAP reviews with Quality. + Communicate project status, timing, and risks to internal stakeholders; escalate issues as needed. + Maintain supplier performance, preferred supplier lists, and support supplier development and transition activities. + Verify and maintain data integrity in SAP S/4 Hana for new products (weights, commodity codes, planners). + Support KPI improvements, reporting performance against objectives, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications** + Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field or 8 years of commensurate experience. + Experience in Procurement or Purchasing within a manufacturing environment + Experience making sourcing decisions based on cost, quality, and delivery + Knowledge of PPAP, ISO 9001, and standard quality requirements + Experience with MRP systems (Fourth Shift or similar) and SAP S/4 Hana preferred + Knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Excel for medium-complexity tracking **Additional Information** **Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans** *Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing. Annualized base pay between $65,000 to $80,000.
