For the role of HR IT Employee Listening Product Manager we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
The responsibilities include:
Strategic Integration: Collaborate closely with HR and IT leadership to align Employee Listening solutions with organizational objectives. • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for integrating these solutions into our business processes.
Product Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Employee Listening systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards. • Provide expert guidance on various Employee Listening solutions, ensuring optimal utilization of available technology.
Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end projects related to the implementation and enhancement of Employee Listening systems, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure seamless integration with other HR systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and concerns related to Employee Listening processes. • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, milestones, and potential challenges.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition for employees during the adoption of Employee Listening initiatives. • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the systems.
Vendor Management: Collaborate closely with vendors to stay updated on product updates, enhancements, and best practices. • Evaluate and recommend additional HR IT solutions that align with evolving business needs and complement the Employee Listening platform.
What you bring
Minimum 8 years’ experience on HR solutions.
knowledge of Employee Listening Solutions like Medallia, Viva Glint or any other market solution.
Proficient in managing Employee Master Data using SAP HR solutions such as SuccessFactors Employee Central or SAP ECC HR.
Strong knowledge of core HR business processes (Hire to Retire)
Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements
Experience in Cloud projects / programmes in international & multicultural environment
Understanding of integration architecture and patterns including BTP technologies
Experience in managing a sophisticated customer environment, where Tools and Automation are key to enable the continuous transformation/evolution of the organization and the constant tension to efficiency
Capability in managing and inspiring change in a large, complex organization • Strong communication and negotiation skills

ITIL Certification
Deep Knowledge on SuccessFactors Employee Central or any other module and Employee Listening solutions
Training on Microsoft Viva Glint Solution
Understanding of Agile (SAFe ) and Waterfall project management methodologies
