Job Description

The Project/Program Manager V is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs, overseeing all aspects from design development to construction administration. This role involves setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress, while summarizing the status for upper management. Expertise in implementing and optimizing project management platforms such as Smartsheet and Procore is beneficial. The role may require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and complete project/program tasks.Oversee all aspects of projects/programs.Manage design development and construction administration processes.Set deadlines and assign responsibilities.Monitor and summarize progress of project/program.Prepare reports for upper management regarding project/program status.Lead and direct the work of others.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree may be required.At least 7 years of experience in project management or a related field.Familiarity with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Experience in construction, project management, and construction management.Design experience – 5 years.Managed projects in the Construction Administration phase – 5 years.Michigan critical project experience and data center project experience – 5 years.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with electrical, commercial construction, and site development.Expertise in project management platforms like Smartsheet and Procore.Work Environment

This position requires 100% onsite work with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. The work will be conducted in a dynamic environment focused on design and construction management, providing valuable experience in data center operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
