Job Title: Project/Program Manager III

Job Description

Lead and drive the strategy coordination and execution of research investment programs across the Studios org. Collaborate with external partners, including universities, standard bodies, and industry collaborators, to establish common processes, guidelines, and goals. Your work will unify and scale research efforts across multiple teams and geographies, ensuring alignment with business and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, standard bodies, and industry collaborators.Host regular reviews with high-level scientists and leadership to monitor progress.Drive the org's publishing and conference engagement.Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and summarize progress for executive leadership.Prepares business reviews and status updates for high-level leaders. Manage research collaboration pipelines and publication coordination.Identify efficiency opportunities and drive strategic hiring initiatives.Facilitate cross-organizational discussions on program direction, priorities, and conflicts.Run training sessions and new requirement programs during bi-annual science summits.Present research reports, manage publications, and organize large events with studios and headquarters.

Essential Skills

4-6 years of experience in Ambiguity Navigation & Change Leadership.6+ years of experience in Cross-Functional Program Orchestration.4-6 years of experience in Data-Driven Decision Frameworks.4-6 years of experience in Executive Stakeholder Engagement.4-6 years of experience in Global Technology Operations Acumen.1-2 years of experience in Industry Standards & Consortium Leadership.4-6 years of experience in Strategic Communications & Thought Leadership.6+ years of experience in Strategic Research Portfolio Management.4-6 years of experience in Talent Strategy & Pipeline Development.6+ years of experience in University & Academic Partnership Development.Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in program or project management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with patents and financial management.Former experience with Our Client.Researching and publication experience.Contract negotiation and relationship-building experience.University contract experience.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Seattle, with the expectation of two trips to Los Angeles annually for Science Summits. The role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule with 40-hour weeks, offering flexibility for global meetings. The team culture emphasizes working independently, and there is potential for extension to cover for a leave of absence.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $68.00/hr.
